Each chapter states the date as of which it states the law. The Desk Reference is revised as the law changes, but no revision schedule is promised, and a development after a chapter's date may change the rule it states. The Firm makes no warranty that the Desk Reference is complete, current, or free of error.
State law
Some chapters discuss the law of Arizona and of other States where it bears on a benefits question. That material is general information. The Firm's lawyers are admitted to practice only in the jurisdictions stated below, and the discussion of another State's law is not an offer to provide legal services in that State.
