A subscription, if you want answers without setting anything up
The research assistant runs on our site. You sign in, ask a question in your own words, attach a plan document when the answer depends on it, and get an answer with the authority for each point. Each conversation is kept for 90 days after its last message, and the full Desk Reference is there to read when you want to go further.
The SKILLs Suite, if your team works in Claude every day
The Suite brings the same knowledge and the same way of working into your organization’s own Claude account, under your own agreement with Anthropic. Your plan documents stay loaded in your Projects, Claude’s memory carries from one conversation to the next, and the Suite produces analysis and first drafts as well as answers.
How the subscription works
A subscription is for one person, at the email address of their account on this site. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and your access then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There are no partial refunds, and tax is added where it applies. The Subscriber Terms of Use govern the subscription and the research assistant, and you accept them at checkout.
Several people at one organization
Each person needs their own subscription. If you would like to arrange subscriptions for a team, write to us at hello@erisabenefitstech.com and tell us roughly how many people would use it.
A custom build
Beyond the Suite, we build SKILLs grounded in your own plan documents, with your house positions encoded and, for employers, escalation of judgment calls to counsel configured, with ERISA legal review provided by ERISA Benefits Law Group, PLLC under a separate engagement letter.
